LET Programme

The aim of Young Enterprise's Key Programme is to sow the seeds for changing the participants' future. Young People are taken out of their own environment and immersed in a dynamic, motivational and potentially life-changing experience in a residential setting at intervals over the school year. Course content is delivered by trained facilitators, working alongside business volunteers from the public and private sector, who offer a challenging menu of personal development, entrepreneurship training, enterprise development and outdoor activities.

Programme Aims

This programme is specifically aimed at making a positive impact on young people at a critical stage of their development, the objectives, through cross-community interaction, are to raise aspirations through the teaching of vital life skills. By creating a positive and enthusiastic attitude in participants and getting them to realise the value of remaining in education to benefit their own futures, the vision of the project is to make a difference to them and the communities in which they live.
